Use of the app
Focus is a productivity tool. You choose which apps to block; you are responsible for your use of the app and your device. Do not misuse, reverse engineer or disrupt the service.
Subscriptions
Pro plans are billed through Google Play and renew automatically until cancelled in Google Play > Subscriptions. Refunds are handled under Google Play's policies. The lifetime plan is a one-time purchase.

The brain-training games are for practice and entertainment. They are not a medical or therapeutic product and make no health claims.
Availability and liability
The app is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. We may update the app and these terms; continued use means you accept the changes.
